外國人在中國如何申請簽證？

外國人在中國工作并取得勞動報酬的，應當提前取得工作許可證和工作居留證（合并為工作簽證），才能在中國合法就業。持有工作簽證的外國人可以在有效期內多次往返中國和海外，無需額外申請簽證。外國人首次辦理工作許可證和居留許可證一般為12個月，期滿可申請延期。
